Domestic Shipping:

Free domestic shipping on originals

International Shipping:

France, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria and Switzerland:10 Euro
UK and Ireland: 20 Euro
Anywhere else in the world: 35 Euro

Once the art work is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you are located in the south of Germany or close to Edinburgh area we may be able to deliver the art work in person if you wish. Please get in touch before you order and we are happy if we can make a deliver possible and say hello.

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred when the order reaches the country of destination. The customer is responsible for any charges that might arise.

Prints

Shipping fee for prints is 6 Euro anywhere in the world.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be added to the production schedule of the printer service. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is shipped. Our Prints are end-to-end carbon neutral from order through to delivery. Packaging is also 95% plastic free across our range.

Refunds and Returns

Original Paintings

All sales are final. We ask you to read the description of the item and do not hesitate if you have any questions. We will gladly provide more information or pictures of any painting before. If you have any issue with your order, please get in touch here. We´d be happy to help!

However, it is important to us that you love your new art work. If you are not absolutely satisfied please notify us within three days of receiving your art work and we will talk about it.

Prints

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction and that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on our website. Defective and damaged prints will be immediately replaced. If you change your mind about your artwork, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, as artworks have to be made specifically for your order. This does not affect our statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations. If there are any other issues or you decided differently about your order please contact us here.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved you will be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. We ask you politely to understand that we are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. We will of course try our best to make it right. We do pay a lot of attention and prepare each artwork safely and with a lot of care for the shipping journey to our collectors.
